Whether your goal is higher education, an international career, or relocating to Germany, your journey doesn’t begin with a visa, a university application, or a job offer. It begins with the language.
German language proficiency is often one of the first requirements for studying at public universities, qualifying for regulated professions, communicating confidently at work, and integrating into everyday life. The earlier you begin, the more opportunities become accessible as your career progresses.
German language skills can qualify you for study, work, and career pathways that remain inaccessible to candidates without language proficiency.
Communicate directly with managers, colleagues, clients, and stakeholders instead of depending on translators, helping you grow faster in international workplaces.
Build opportunities with German companies across automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and technology, both in India and abroad.
Many universities, employers, licensing bodies, and visa pathways require proof of German language proficiency at specific CEFR levels.
German is widely spoken across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, and parts of Belgium, expanding your opportunities across multiple European markets.
Technology changes. Industries evolve. Language proficiency stays with you throughout your career, opening doors wherever your professional journey takes you.
Whether you’re beginning your German language learning journey or working towards professional fluency, this course is designed for learners from diverse educational and professional backgrounds.
No prior knowledge of German is required to begin at the A1 level. As your proficiency grows, you can continue advancing through higher CEFR levels based on your academic goals, career plans, or certification requirements.

The German Language Course at WILA Languages is a live, instructor-led program designed to help learners progress through the internationally recognized CEFR framework, from A1 (Beginner) to C2 (Mastery). The course combines structured classroom instruction, practical speaking sessions, regular assessments, and Goethe exam preparation to build real-world German language proficiency. We currently offer A1 and A2, with higher levels being introduced progressively.
No. The A1 level is designed specifically for complete beginners with no previous knowledge of German. Learners wishing to join A2 or higher levels should either have completed the previous CEFR level or take a placement assessment to determine the appropriate starting point.
If you’ve never learned German before, A1 is the right place to begin. Learners who have already completed A1 or possess equivalent knowledge can take a short placement assessment, after which our trainers will recommend the most suitable level.
The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) divides German language learning into six internationally recognized proficiency levels.
Each level builds upon the previous one. A1 focuses on basic communication, A2 develops everyday conversational ability, B1 enables independent communication for work and social situations, while B2 prepares learners for advanced academic and professional communication. Most learners planning to study or work in Germany aim to achieve B1 or B2 proficiency.
Every enrollment includes live instructor-led classes, access to the WILA Learning Management System (LMS), recorded sessions, an AI-powered practice portal, a vocabulary and grammar practice app, weekly speaking clubs, CEFR-aligned study materials, assignments, mock exams, instructor feedback, and a WILA Course Completion Certificate. Learners are also prepared for the Goethe-Zertifikat examination through structured exam-oriented practice.
In addition to live classes, learners receive access to recorded sessions, the WILA LMS, AI-powered practice tools, vocabulary and grammar practice resources, weekly speaking clubs, assignments, regular assessments, and instructor feedback. These resources help you continue practicing outside the classroom and reinforce your learning throughout the course.

The duration of each level depends on the CEFR level you choose. Every course includes instructor-led training, guided practice, assessments, and self-study to help you progress confidently.
The exact class schedule may vary based on the batch format (Regular, Intensive, Weekend, or Super-Intensive), but each level follows its prescribed curriculum, learning outcomes, and assessments.
We offer multiple learning formats to suit different schedules:
Regardless of the format you choose, you’ll complete the same CEFR-aligned curriculum, learning outcomes, and assessments.
Our German language classes are delivered live by experienced instructors, allowing learners to interact, ask questions, participate in speaking activities, and receive immediate feedback. Learners also receive access to recorded sessions and additional learning resources through the WILA learner portal for revision and self-paced practice.
Yes. You can choose between live online German classes or classroom learning, depending on your location and preferred mode of study. Both formats follow the same curriculum, teaching methodology, and assessment process.
To maximize interaction and speaking practice, batch sizes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 12 learners per class. Smaller batches allow instructors to provide more personalized attention and ensure every learner gets sufficient speaking practice.

No. No language institute can legally guarantee employment, university admission, or visa approval. What we provide is structured German language training, practical communication skills, and preparation for internationally recognized German language certification, which may be required or beneficial for various study, work, and immigration pathways.
The required language level depends on the university, program, and language of instruction. Many German-taught degree programs require B2 or C1, while some English-taught programs may not require German proficiency. Always check the admission requirements of your chosen university.
The required level depends on your profession, employer, and visa pathway. Certain occupations may accept A2 or B1, while healthcare, customer-facing, and regulated professions often require B2 or higher. It’s best to verify the language requirement for your specific role before applying.
